Ensweiler</B> is the President and CEO of the Texas Credit Union League.  A graduate of Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Mr. Ensweiler was commissioned a second lieutenant after completing his studies at the Wisconsin Military Academy.</div> <bR> <div> He began his long association with credit unions in 1959 as a student working part-time at State Central Credit Union in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Following his graduation from college, he became a full-time employee of the institution until 1965, when he accepted a position as treasurer/general manager of the Harley-Davidson Credit Union in Milwaukee.  After later serving as a field representative for the Michigan Credit Union League and as CEO of the Minnesota League of Credit Unions, he served for 10 years as President and CEO of the Illinois Credit Union League.  In 1984, he became senior vice president of corporate relations for the CUNA Mutual Group, in which capacity he took on the challenging task of managing the group's relationships with all state leagues and national organizations.  Known throughout financial circles for his professionalism, integrity, and business acumen, Mr. Ensweiler has held leadership positions in numerous professional organizations, including the Association of Credit Union League Executives, the U.S. Central Credit Union, and the Credit Union Legislative Action Committee.  He holds designations as both a certified credit union executive and a certified association executive, and he also serves as a development educator.</div> </td> </tr></table></body>
